Where It All Began

Moo and More was born from a chance encounter near Cuaig, on the northwest coast of Scotland one of those wild, amazing corners of the world where the sky meets the sea and Highland Cows roam like they own the place (because, honestly, they do). I turned a corner and came face to face with a small herd enjoying their breakfast, and something about their gentle, shaggy magnificence just stuck with me. I couldn't stop thinking about them.

So I did what any reasonable person would do: I went home and started making things.

Handmade with Heart

Every felted brooch in the Moo and More collection is handmade by me, one at a time. I use needle felting to build up each piece layer by layer for a fun grumpy one of a kind brooch.

Alongside the brooches which I make personally, I have worked with artists to help transform my pictures and bring my enamel pin ideas to life. The earrings, and sticker sheets bring the same playful Highland Cow and farm friend energy to your everyday carry  your jacket lapel, your bag, your laptop lid, your letters.

Why Highland Cows?

Honestly? They're ridiculous and wonderful in equal measure, I have loved cows for as long as I can remember. They are ancient, hardy, and completely unbothered  and there's something deeply joyful about turning that into something you can wear or collect. Moo and More is for people who love a bit of whimsy, and who maybe just really, really like cows and other farm animals found here in the UK. 

I travel to visit farm parks who are working with the Rare Breeds Survival Trust to keep our endangered and rare animals for future generations to admire and I share daily videos and pictures from these amazing animal encounters.
